Hello

I am a musician by trade – a professional bass player, and have been for many years, even still. I also went to university in my early twenties and received a Diploma of Teaching. I taught in the classroom for periods of time as a casual relief teacher but music, gigs and shows were always my thing.

In 1993 I started a business – an Entertainment booking agency, which is still thriving today. In 2004, the business needed a new website. The one I had was an outdated Flash website. Remember those? Not search engine friendly. 

Web designers were not plentiful back then like they are now. I couldn’t find one that I liked that suited my budget, so I built the site on a content management system. I found I had a flare for this and enjoyed the creation process. So I built a website for my band.. and then another site.

My business was in a serviced office with other small businesses. A few business owners liked what I had done and asked me to build their business a website. 

Why not? I thought.

A few months later I started by second business – a digital marketing agency, which again, is still going great guns. I developed a keen interest in technology trends, particularly how to market a business online. After many years, I have learnt a great deal about online marketing.

Then I became a Dad. Three times!

My wife and I have been blessed with 3 beautiful daughters and life continues to teach me new lessons.

 I have definitely worked out some ‘stuff’. Not all – but some. It is my wish to pass on these lessons and learning to you in the hope that it will help you with your life journey.
