1 x Zucchini spiralised like spaghetti
1/4 Fennel thinly sliced
8 Strawberries quartered
1 Handful of homemade pickled Cucumbers
2 tablespoons of Live and Fermented Sauerkraut
2 Tablespoons of sweet Asian sauce of your choice. Use whatever you have.
Spiralise a Zucchini into bowl. Add ingredients Mix and serve.
